Paul Heffner, CESCL

Paul Heffner is a Project Manager with Clear Water Services, and has worked with ATSs in many capacities from daily operations and troubleshooting to data and project management. Paul received his B.S. degree in Environmental Science from the University of Washington. He started with Clear Water Services in 2020 as a Treatment Technician, learning the basics of system maintenance and operation. Since then, he’s taken the lead on the CESCL program for construction sites, and expanded his role into technical reporting, CESF and CESCL training, and project management.
