Taylor Currier serves as the Director of Dewatering at Silver Leaf SWPPP, where he has been pivotal since joining in 2021, leading the development of a robust Dewatering Program in Utah. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Minor in Geology from the University of North Texas, Taylor's professional journey has been focused on water quality and environmental conservation.
Following his academic pursuits, Taylor worked with Americorps on fisheries restoration in Washington State and California. He transitioned into regulatory work with the California State Water Quality Control Board in the Non-point Source and TMDL unit. He then spent six years at the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency as an Environmental Specialist, gaining valuable experience in the unique regulatory environment of Lake Tahoe.
Bringing his expertise to Silver Leaf SWPPP, Taylor oversees the Dewatering Department, collaborating closely with contractors and regulators to ensure compliance with regulations in dewatering projects. His dedication to environmental stewardship and effective water management drives his work in the field.
