Tom is a senior project manager with 25 years of experience in WK Dickson's Watershed Services group, emphasizing municipal stormwater infrastructure, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, innovative and sustainable site design, and stormwater SCM design. Tom has a bachelor of science in public health from University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and a masters of science in civil engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina and South Carolina and served as the NCAPWA Stormwater Division President in 2024.
