J.P. Johns, the Water Market Director at Woolpert, with over 25 years of experience in H&H, water quality, and sedimentology modeling. His experience includes NPDES stormwater program implementation, H&H analysis of urban waterways, floodplain management, watershed master planning, and stream restoration. J.P. is currently an Adjunct Professor at Clemson University, the President of the Southeast Chapter of International Erosion Control Association, a member of the Southeast Stormwater Association, a member of the Florida Stormwater Association, and a member of the American Public Works Association. He currently is the committee chair for the EPA Region 4/IECA Southeast Chapter Annual Municipal Wet Weather MS4 Conference.
