Zach Smoot is a Senior Associate and Design Engineer for Woolpert Inc. and has worked in the Greenville, SC office more than a decade. He is a licensed professional engineer in South Carolina with considerable experience in stream gauging, monitoring instrumentation, grant preparation/implementation, stream restoration, and storm water design. Over the last several years, he has been the engineer of record or technical advisor on multiple infrastructure improvement projects across upstate SC, most of which focused upon the use of green infrastructure and were funded through state and federal grant dollars.
