Julie is the Water and Waste Department Manager for POWER Engineers, Inc. Environmental Division. Her Team supports the development of NPDES and POTW applications across the United States for a variety of industries. She is a member of the SCIECA Board, the AWMA Alamo Chapter Board, and supports the San Antonio Manufacturer's Assocation Environmental Committee. Her commitment to understanding the regulations, the industries, and the environments of the United States helps her identify trends that can have a broad impact on stormwater managers. Julie has consulted in the water industry for 25 years and makes her home in San Antonio, Texas.
