Ken specializes in construction stormwater permitting and erosion and sediment control plan development, but also handles floodplain permitting, highway occupancy, and railroad permitting, among other non-environmental permitting. Ken has a wide range of project experience, including linear construction projects, such as electrical transmission lines and pipelines, as well as power stations, renewables, and airports. Ken has developed SWPPPs and ESC Plans for projects in 24 states and Indian Country. He has conducted SWPPP inspections and audits and/or worked as a full-time onsite environmental inspector on projects in 9 different states.
