Full Abstract: Complete Proposal for Your Session: Large mass grading developments require a certain level of collaboration for success. Each role in the construction production is important: consultant, developer, contractor, and regulator. Most of those involved in the construction production don't have the benefit of time to learn on the job and figure everything out before the Erosion Vector attacks!! Spending time to focus on the soft tools of preparation, relationship building, diligence and being aggressive in addressing the challenges can yield success for each of the roles involved in the construction process. The art of a smooth construction production takes willingness to learn, to share, and sacrifice to be successful.

This discussion space is perfect for newer and seasoned construction production professionals willing to share their tips and tricks in approaching construction before the plans are approved. A round table discussion with a successful construction production team is planned to share some tips and pose questions to the audience to encourage the success of all construction production professionals in attendance will be on the menu. The discussion topics are limitless but a few to start the conversation flowing are as follows:

What items should be included in developing your game plan for the early stages of construction including the timbering operation? How do you engage and address site problems with the regulator before problems arise? How do I bridge the gap in developing mentality of construction workers to be more proactive? How do I keep construction maintenance costs down without leaving the site susceptible to a fine? How can I get the projects from early stages to end stages without delays in construction from weather or regulator? How do I work with regulator and maintain profitability? How can we get perennial and annual groundcover established around the perimeter of the project early stages with poor soils?
