CISEC, Inc. has rebranded and become Ecopliant Environmental, Inc. to better align with the growing global need to train and credential compliance professionals and those who choose to become one. Environmental certifications have grown significantly over the last several years and our goal is to meet the needs of the industry. Ecopliant has created two distinct and high quality environmental certification programs to meet the needs of the stormwater professional: • The Certified Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control (CISEC) program. • The Certified Designer of Sediment and Erosion Control (CDSEC) program.
Additionally, Ecopliant Institute was created to offer trainings in various subjects like understanding SWPPPs, inspecting BMP’s, writing inspection reports, and corrective action plans. Ecopliant Lunch and Learns that center around the latest industry best practices in air, water, and soil compliance topics, are provided quarterly and is a way to obtain Professional Development Hours.

Communication is important during observation of onsite and offsite conditions that impact the quality of storm water discharges from active constructions sites.
Inspectors, Designers, Contractors/Operators and Reviewers/Regulators are the key personnel who must work together in a postive and productive manner to achieve the desired outcomes.
